While I cannot say for sure what the cause of the problem transmitting files to Keith is, I do know that I have used AOL for several years to send big and small text and binary files as e-mail attachments to all sort of providers without any problem--except to Keith. I finally was successful previously in sending GEDCOMs to Keith by compressing the file (*.zip) [making it a self- extracting file (*.exe) is even better] and transmitting it as an attachment to the e-mail message. People having a problem might try that. RAC
