    3. Jenny, I have evidence of a Josiah Chandler in Caldwell Co., KY, wife Elizabeth, as early as 1837, when he was named as his father's (Zachariah) executor. I believe Josiah was the oldest son, and born before 1810. Josiah left a will in 1848 in Caldwell Co. I have no other information on Josiah really, but property mentioned in his will was located in what then was Mississippi and Illinois (some of which he received from his father). Zachariah, his father, appears to have owned land in Missouri as well, which he willed to other children and their spouses. No children are mentioned in Josiah's will, but he does mention his wife Elizabeth. Sorry, I don't know if this is the Josiah you seek. I am having a great deal of trouble getting a handle on these and other Caldwell Co, KY Chandler's.
