We have one that was around the 1870's. Also one of him in the 1920's. There is a Jitheden Chandler from GA. who is in the book in FAnnin Co.married to a Massie Smith. I would say they were brothers with the picture I have but darn I have never heard that name before. I am beginning to think that maybe they came from the Morman or Quaker communities due to the fact that John Bethel was a religious leader then. Also John being a book of the Bible. Jacob was mentioned along with Abraham. I founjd the Sledge in the FAnnin Co. Census.
