However, none of our current membership has claimed this line of descent. Therefore there are no approved lineage papers available for purchase. Membership in the Jamestowne Society (JS) is by invitation. Therefore you will need a sponsor who will recommend you for membership. If you know a Jamestowne Society member ask that person to assist you. Otherwise I suggest you contact one of the JS companies listed on the Companies page of the website (www.jamestowne.org). You do this by snail mail. Explain your interest in the society and your desire to join and outline the lineage you propose to use in your application. Give personal information about yourself and family, and develop a rapport such that the member you contact will want to become your sponsor.
