Hi Sue Just did a look-up in George Chandler's "Descendants of William and Annis Chandler Who Settled in Roxbury, Mass., 1637" and didn't find a connection. There are too many William Chandler's in the index to try that avenue, but I checked out the index for Cornelius Huff, Flora Campbell, and Susan [Susannah] Bassett. None of them were there.
