He stated that he may have had an Aunt or Uncle, but no names or other relatives or siblings were remembered. I would guess that Joe may have gone to live with his (red headed) Aunt as that is all he remembered, but he wasen't sure if she was an Aunt, sister or even a relative. Joe Buster Chandler said that he was born in Spokane, WA. 09/09/1899. I have not found him on the 1900 or 1910 census. I believe that he is listed on the 1920 census in Pacific Co. WA., but the age and place of birth do not match his records. Joe migrated from Washington to San Diego, California where he lived until his death in 1984.
