In Abstracts of Revolutionary War Pension Files, it says this: Shadrack, S31606, SC Line, sol was b in Aug 1756 or 57 in Lunenburg Cty VA and lived in Newberry District SC at enlisment and after the war lived in Greenville Dist SC, Logan Cty KY, Washington, Marengo & Dallas County in AL & Robertson Cty TN, sol applied 24 Mar 1836 DeKalb Cty GA, a John Chandler of Gwinnett Cty GA signed an aff'dt in DeKalb Cty GA on 31 Aug 1833 (knew soldier before and after the war).
