I have just found the parents of my William C. Voorheis born 1840 in Seneca county, NY and died 1915 in Dresden, Yates county, NY. His parents were Abram Voorhees and Keziah Chandler. Now I am trying to find Keziah's family. She married Abram about 1839 and I can find them on the 1840 and 1850 census in Ovid, Seneca county, NY but by 1860 Abram has disappeared and the family is scattered in Ovid. I think Abram may have died by 1860. Any information on Keziah and her family would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Joyce in San Antonio, TX
