Does anyone have access to the following publications: Data Diggers, Vol 2, Issue 11, Mar 93: An article about Richard Chandler C1765-1834, VA & TN Montgomery Co Genealogical Journal, Vol 10, Issue 3, Mar 81: An epitaph for Richard Chandler, 1801 Both publications are available at Allen Co (Fort Wayne, Indiana) Public Library, but as I am in NC I'm hoping someone will have already gleaned this data. I have tried getting materials before from this library, after a 3-week wait I finally got a form to fill out, and it has been two months since I sent the form (for a different item) and my $7 to them.
