Can anyone tell me anything about William Chandler: Spouse(s) and Children Mary Fowler Timothy Chandler Hester Chandler Mary Lord William Chandler Joseph Chandler Samuel Chandler Mary Chandler Mary Carter I am a descendant of William Chandler and Mary Fowler by way of their daughter Hester. To tell you the truth, I have no idea if that information is correct. What I do know is this: Hester Chandler m. Jonathan Gage 12 November 1667 Naomi Gage b. 2 September 1672, Bradford Essex Co, MA m. Stephen Bedford 15, February Bristol, Bristol Co, RI Jonathan Gage was the son of John Gage and Aimee Wilford. John was a founder of Ipswich, MA. He and Aimee came in the Winthrop Fleet. I probably have Chandlers on both sides of my family. Hester was one of my father's ancestors. On my mother's side, her gg-grandfather was Willis Chandler White. My father's family were all from the North, and my mother's all from the South, so it would be a stretch if the two Chandlers were related. The family in the post was from a Bedford website, and I think came from World Family Tree, which in general I do not hold in high esteem.
