Diane: I am from West Liberty, Iowa and I do have a Chandler in my line but she came from London. Charlotte married Franz Lehmann and they moved to West Branch, Iowa. Many of the Lehmanns moved to Liberty. Recently my wife and I were back there for 4 days and went to the Historical Society in Iowa City where they have many records and census films plus a large newspaper file.
