The only public record that I have found of the woman that I am searching for is on the second marriaage application of her only known child. Martha Adeline Hibbard Shaver Mattison known as Addie. In 1905 in Stueben county, NY , Addie married George Matison. On her marriage application she says her parents were Hiram and Charlotte Chandelier Hibbard. Charlotte may have been born or lived in Yates County, NY. In checking the marriage licnses of all of Addie 13 chidlren it is agreed that she was born in Sunderlinville, Hector County, PA. Family tradition says that Hiram Hibbard was killed in the Civil War. It may be that Charlotte is dead by 1880. In 1880, Addie is living in Michigan with her first husband Frank Shaver.
