Hi all, I'm new to list and am trying to find parents and siblings of Martha Chandler ( b: 11 November, 1797 in South Carolina d: 15 May, 1881 in Greene Co., Alabama ) who married Benjamin Valentine ( b: 29 March, 1792 in Newberry Co., South Carolina d: 24 August, 1866 in Greene Co., Alabama) married 17 April, 1814 in Newberry Co., South Carolina. Their children are: Joel K. Valentine b: 31 March, 1818 in South Carolina d: 10 March, 1864; Elizabeth Valentine b: 08 January, 1820 in South Carolina d: 08 September, 1821; John B. Valentine b: 09 March, 1822; Adam P. Valentine b: 29 April, 1824 d: 27 December, 1843; James C. Valentine b: 27 February, 1827 d: July 1863; Margaret A. Valentine b: 03 November, 1829 d: 06 April, 1855; Martha J. C. Valentine b: 17 September, 1832 in South Carolina d: 17 September, 1908 in Texas; Benjamin F. T. Valentine b: 23 September, 1835; Mary L. A. Valentine b: 10 September, 1838 I have wondered if she didn't connect to Joel Chandler of Greenville District SC, hence the son named Joel.
