Hi ! Mapuckett; This is an excellent clue and I have checked it out. This Joseph was Joseph Neal Chandler who also moved to San Diego as did my father. I could hardly believe that his parents might have been in San Diego in 1930 with my father. It appears that this Joseph Neal also raised a boy named Joe (Culbertson) Chandler b. 1898 in Georgia. I was almost ecstatic thinking this was my father, however the California state death records show this Joe died before my father who died in 1984. In a message dated 3/18/2005 5:25:45 P.M.
