I'm seeking assistance on documenting my George CHANDLER and Jane SMITH descendant line. My CHANDLER ancestral line is believed to be: Elner "Ellen", 1805; Jacob Jr, 1777; Jacob Sr, 1735; George III, 1700; George II, 1671; George I,1633. Details are provided below. (Her maiden name, Chandler, was recorder on her daughter's, Mary Ellen Richardson Whitecotton, death certificate). She married James RICHARDSON on 8 Mar 1832 in Franklin Co., OH. He died between 1845-49 in Williamson Co., IL. Samuel Rankin RICHARDSON, born 29 Jun 1834 in Franklin Co., OH is their son and my ancestor. SECOND GENERATION 2. Jacob CHANDLER Jr was born in 1777 in Doe Run, Chester Co., PA. He died in 1834 in Franklin Co., OH. He was married to Elizabeth ABRAMS. 3. Elizabeth ABRAMS was born in 1781. She died in Feb 1845 in Franklin Co., OH. THIRD GENERATION 4. Jacob CHANDLER Sr was born about 1735 in Chester Co., PA. He was married to Margaret RANKIN. 5. Margaret RANKIN. FOURTH GENERATION 8. George CHANDLER III was born in 1700 in Chichester, Chester (now Delaware) Co., PA. He died in Chester Co., PA. He was married to Esther TAYLOR in 1724 in Chester Co., PA. 9. Esther TAYLOR was born on 10 Dec 1705. She died in Chester Co., PA. FIFTH GENERATION 16. George CHANDLER II was born on 14 Jun 1671 in Oare, Wilcot, Wiltshire, ENG. He died in Jul 1715 in Chichester, Chester (now Delaware) Co., PA. Perhaps a member of the Quaker Philadelphia Monthly Meeting (Arch Street). He was married to Ruth BEZER in 1698 in Chichester, Chester (now Delaware) Co., PA. 17. Ruth BEZER was born on 5 Jul 1676 in Bishops Canning, England. She died after 1757 in Chichester, Chester (now Delaware) Co., PA. SIXTH GENERATION 32. George CHANDLER was born in 1633 in Oare, Wilcot, Wiltshire, ENG. He was christened on 8 Apr 1633 in Church of England, Parish Church of Wilcot, Oare, Wilcot, Wiltshire, ENG. He died on 13 Dec 1687 at sea from smallpox on the voyage to PA. He was married to Jane SMITH on 13 Dec 1667 in Wilcot Parish, Wiltshire, ENG. 33. Jane SMITH was born in 1647 in Pewsey, Wiltshire, England.
