I am still not having any luck tracing my father's family. His father's name was Thomas Jerome Chandler and mother Olga Carswell. They were married in McRae, GA, in 1901. I am despately trying to find the name of his grandfather. Thomas and Olga had three children: Robert Carswell, Thomas Jerome, and Mary Will. I believe he might have died in Vicksburg, MS, in about 1915. In 1900 Thomas Jerome Chandler was in Ailey, GA,( Montgomery County) living alone at the ageof 24 so he was born in 1876. He probably had brothers or sisters....hopefully someone will recognize his name.
