At one point, he lived in Philadelphia with my grandmother - Lillian M. Gillingham Connell and had 3 children -- Frank (~ 1919) Stella (1921 - my mother) Josephine (~1924) These three were given up for foster care in 1926 and never knew any information about their heritage. My mom and my aunt found each other, but never made contact with Frank (whose last name be listed as Connell). My grandfather Frank went to live with a son - Alfred - after putting Lillian's kids in the Lutheran Children's Bureau. That's about all I have to date. Do you think we have a connection?
