The "research work" was dedicated to the memory of my grandfather, Cephas Harris Chandler. It was a 21 page document plus footnotes given to my by my genealogist Uncle Robert Taylor of Urbanna, VA. Footnote references include mention of Nugent's Cavaliers and Pioneers, pg 524. Colonial Abstracts: James City Co., 1634 - 1904 (microfile, AD:VSL). Also Charles A. Taylor, Jr.'s The Chandler Family) Urbanna, VA 1950. I will certainly look for your sources at the Library of Virginia in Richmond.
