He was born in Indianapolis and was an audio technician with the Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his sister, Omilee Marlin of Indianapolis. A private inurnment in Indianapolis was planned. Arrangements: San Diego Memorial Chapel.
