(-?-), b. c1887, PA. Clark was 1 of 6 known children of Joel R. Chamberlain, Jr. and Mary Brooks, of Steuben and Cattaraugus Counties, NY. Joel Jr., b. c1844, prob. Chatham, Tioga Co., PA, was 1 of 9 known children of Joel Chamberlain, b. 6 Jul 1795, NY, and his wife Eleanor (-?-). Joel's origins remain unproven at this time, but he is believed to be the same person as Joel(7) Chamberlin of Maryland, Otsego Co., NY [Elisha(6), Peleg(5), William(4), Joseph(3), William(2), Henry(1)].
