C. Chamberlin, p. 300. Also listed p. 300 is L. K. Chamberlin, who is actually Gen. Solomon K. Chamberlin, who came from Dalton, Berkshire Co., MA, and whose lineage has been traced {descendant of Henry(1) Chamberlin}, and who died in Springwater in 1859 (I have census listings for him from 1810-1850). Solomon's only known child was Eliphalet S. Chamberlain of Mount Morris, Livingston Co., NY. The great Chamberlain genealogist, Prentiss Glazier, stated that surely Solomon had more children, and one supposes that William Chauncey was one of them. Springwater was part of Ontario Co., NY in 1820, when Solomon K. Chamberlain was listed together with Anijah Chamberlain (unidentified) on p. 084.
