The Monitor does not guarantee the accuracy of original content that now resides off its web site. Shirley H. Chamberlin, PEMBROKE Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003 PEMBROKE-Shirley H. Chaberlin, 74, died Friday at Concord Hospital. She was born in Concord, the daughter of Walter and Ruth (Sanders) Huckins. she graduatged from Concord High School. She moved to Pembroke in 1954. Chamberlin worked for the telephone company and New Hampshire State Forestry Department. She was also self-employed, designing and creating braided rugs. Survivors include two daughters, Anne Wilcox of Alton and Rosemary Chamberlin of Pembroke; a sister, Esther Woodbury of Epsom; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Her husband of 41 years, Harley Chamberlin, died in 1991, and a sister and two brothers died previously. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in the United Baptist Church, 39 Fayette St., Concord. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tri-Town Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 219, Pembroke 03275. Note: I am of no relation, but my sympathies go out to those of you who are. This is here as a lasting memorial for Mrs. Chamberlin.
