Shelly, I've never made a fan, just really want to. I'm starting my Choctaw dress next week, wish me luck. Don't see how anyone can make a dress without a pattern. Have a sewing friend who will help me. Look forward to meeting some of the people on this site.If someone can let us know what we need, meeting place , etc. This is my first Labor day Festival.
