There is a documentary out called " Incident at Oglala" which is about what happened. Also the movie Thunderheart was made with the whole thing in mind. It is not exactly as it happened and names, etc. aren't the same but is a fictionalized story about it. I have very good friends that come from the Pine Ridge Rez and some of the family there are very active in what has been going on recently. All things remain the same in so many things.
