Tammy I agree. When I talk with other Indians I always say Chahta and most non Indians. But there are times for what ever reason I will just say Indian. One of the reasons I was given for disliking the term Native American is the work Native seems to bring to mind savages or wildness. I wish I had kept all of the answers but I never even thought it.
