Tn. Raised or adopted by the Perkins family, may have had a sister married to the Perkins family. My grandfather Chadwell fathered my mother Feb. 12, 1923. Would be grateful for any help. It is possible the sisters name is Lyda Chadwell, and she married Thomas Crittenden Perkins.
