This Bill Chadwell may have actually been a William Chadwick brn abt 1840 s/50's in GA,and had changed his named to Bill Chadwell when he road with Frank.and Jesse James of MO. My GGmother Mary James Hodgens Chadwick was believe to have been a close relative to Frank,and Jesse,brn abt 1831 NC died after 1900 possible OK. Some James family researchers said that Bill Chadwell was a William Chadwick of GA,and was kill in the Northfield MN Raid,and another said he died on a Ranch in Leon Co TX?.
