Author: pmunro860 Surnames: Chadderton Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.chadderton/3.4.1.2.1.3.1.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Yes- our family is also from there- so many Chaddertons though - daughter of Samuel - Elizabeth Ann Chadderton b. 29 May 1844 Dukinfield, married Ralph Kinder 1866 in St. Paul's (Church of England), Stalybridge, Cheshire, England. the couple emigrated after sending two oldest children to the US in late 1880s. We visited twice. Actually some were from Dukinfield. We also visited Wales a few times- lovely- just lovely. We saw it as clean and prosperous.
