He had two girls and we are not aware of any males. My husband has done his DNA and also a maternal uncle. Both RB1. If your company is doing female DNA perhaps that would help you. have to be all through female descendant to Chadderton though I believe. Where did yo test? Are you in UK, Aust, US?I did see a Chadderton on local college faculty. What background do yo need for DNA testing? any Chadderton or someone directly connected to you - (for Viking purposes). Parents were Harry Arthur CHADDERTON and Frances Sutton BOURNE. He married Lily Alameda PEARSON in April 1921. Lily remarried in 1949 to John Howland so maybe he died prior to this time as I can find no evidence of a divorce. First of all, hello, I am new to this list so bear with me! I am trying to help a friend of mine trace her fathers parents and his family. Her father is Henry/Harry Chadderton born 17th July 1917 in Burnley (Habergham Eaves) lancashire UK. It is believed his father died in the war 2 years later. His mother was Grace Whalley.
