    2. Have you tried uninstalling the cd rom drive software. This should get your configuration back to normal. Run CFT and create a gedcom file. Download the newest version of CFT and import that gedcom file. Buy the program from Ira, You'll like the Windows 95 versionm a lot better. Once that is successful, reinstall your CD ROM drive.
