There is nothing wrong with the first GED excerpt shown. My guess is that the HTML converter program doesn't recognize the ENGA tag and was upset with it and subsequent data dealing with the engagement record. Since CFT-Win can use such a variety of events I have found that some programs don't recognize many valid events other than simpe birth, christening, marriage, death, burial events.
