    3. Hi Ira and Gang As a longstanding computer user, I am still on Win 3.1 and propose to remain so until forced to upgrade due to software no longer being available. It is mainly developers and newbies who have Win 95/98 etc, at least here and in the UK - the US may be different. Win 3.1 is a great performer on a modern PC and is far more controllable without those irritating defaults that software writers wish on you. Also I don't want all the hassle of installing a new operating system unless I am forced to. On the other hand for my CFTW application, I doubt that I need much more functionality than offered by the old DOS or 16 bit versions. My 2 bob's worth. Simon Ira J.
