The behavior in Ver 3 of the note area is very consistent with behavior within any word processor. Highlighting ALL text is as simple as this: Press Ctrl-Home to go to top. Hold shift key down. Press ctrl-End to go to bottom. It's all highlighted now. This is quite standard for all word processors, text areas in any program that I have ever tried in Windows.
