    3. >a) Main Display > Tools > UCC Calendar Calculator > Utilities > Options > >Languages >(where we can add edit etc , for new language) > >b)Main Display > Options > Database configuration > Languages >(where we can add or remove new language) > >c)Main Display > Options > UCC options > Languages >(to add, edit etc) > >d) Main Display > Options > Standard Events >(to edit, add etc for language selected) And e) Main Display > Options > Program Configuration > Languages FIVE locations for messing with languages. The differences: UCC is like a totally seperate program within CFT-Win. Therefore it has it's own Options Area to edit language data for it. It gets saved in UCC.TPS while main CFT-Win language data gets saved in STDEVENT.TPS. That explains two areas: 1. (e)- the main place to enter Language info for CFT-Win 2. (a)- the main place to enter Language infor for UCC Actually (c) is a repeat of (a). It is simply a shortcut to the UCC options without having to go right into UCC. (d) is also a shortcut for (e) where you can edit the Standard Events directly in your language without going through (e) - the list of words and phrases. That leaves only (b). The big difference between (e) and (b) is that (e) - Program Configuration - is where you edit languages that can be used by anyone. Eventually Ver 3 will contain a long list of languages just as Ver 2 does. But (b) is the location where you set the list of languages you want to use with the CURRENT DATABASE. Most people will use only ONE. Most will be ENGLISH. So you always want to select the Main Language for each database within the Database Configuration. Then if you want to have secondary languages you can select more languages to use with the current database. Once you have selected at least one Secondary Language you will begin to see a new button on all edit windows where you click to add the translation of names, places, notes, etc. into the secondary languages. In the Database Configuration Language area you CANNOT edit the languages. You only select which languages you want to use with the current database. Hope this clarifies.
