I no longer have any problem with backups using the latest version (2.32 I think) in windows 98, it always asks on exiting the program if I want to back up, and does so if I say yes. However, the above may be a good idea for versions 3 or so. That is, in the initial setup, and subsequently, a user should be able to specify how many back up editions they would like to use. The system could then rotate and keep more than one version. Some other software applications, like Quicken, does this. Since I have other backup means for important and frequently changed files, my present response would be one. As you can see, the cautious (i.e. experienced) user may wish for more. My happiness level has often been marred by having one too few or too old a back up!
