Dear Greg, A few times when CFTW freezes up I have just pressed Control-Alternate- Delay and clicked on end-task when prompted to do so. When I load CFTW again it returns to normal. Since this only happens once in a great while it is no great hardship. Yours sincerely, Don McKee
