Because I never found the source of the problem with the "alt-keys" functions and the "tab" key with the 32 bit version when I tried it. The commands were not responding well (have to do 3 times the same command to finally have it!) and since I'm not a "mouse" user, the key commands are very important to me. The 16 bit version don't do this. Although it's been a while since I've tried the 32 bit version, maybe the problem is solved? I really hope so. Will have to check that out.
