The majority of version 4.00.950 users have never had any problems; however, depending on WHAT ELSE is installed on the system, some of the original .dll files give users fits. If a user puts as much junk on his/her system as I have on mine, I can GUARANTEE that there will be hangups, crashes, freeze-ups, etc. Then, even though it won't make a complete cure, it is time to get those updated files from the MS web site. I STILL can't get rid of ALL the crashes in EXPLORER.EXE caused by .dll files from other programs. I have identified some of them as coming from QuickTime, but I just CAN'T uninstall that program. I just keep sitting here hoping that Apple will put out an upgrade to QT that takes care of these problems. MS certainly isn't going to do it with Win95, since Win98 is out. SgtGeorge
