I find the best program to use for copy and paste is, Smartboard. I have been using it for over a year and do not know how I would live without it. It is an excellent way of keeping track of URL'S suggested on these lists and entering redundant information. It is always ready and accumulates the info you copy. I use it with everything all the time.
