    3. Floyd, I was just thinking of sending a query to this List and others which I manage and asking how many users now have HTML-capable email browsers. I have been using Eudora Pro for Win95 and it is one of the independent browsers which now have that capability. Of course, AOL, MSIE, Netscape, and several others have always had this capability, but only recently have the independent browsers added this function. I, for one, love it and sometimes am tempted to make something bold or in italics, or underlined, or even in slightly larger fontsize for emphasis. Although it will never be a requirement for using this or any other mailing list, I do believe HTML-capable browsers are the wave of the future -- so why not upgrade now. It's really hard to have such a program and NOT use its full capabilities. In HTML, the format is truly wonderful.
