    3. There have been several standards over time. At one time the Standard was to capitalize the entire surname. Now I am not so certain that you need to. Why don't you use the Tools Menu - Case Change and put all name parts in "Proper" Case and then go in and correct LeCours to show properly. One day when I get RTF support I tend to want to "underline" the surname. That's what they do in Asia on Visas and documents where they are more used to people from various cultures where surnames may be anywhere within the name.
