Ira Thank you for providing a fix to the Dutch surname bug. I've been adding children at about 15 to 20 per night for the last two nights and haven't had to 'fix' the surname once. The fix came much sooner than I had hoped. Using Vers 2.28 16 bit code Strangely, the 'Living Flag' bug is very handy for me, I'm adding family in the 1700 and 1800s, so now I don't have to tick the flag each time I create a new entry :^}. Is it possible to set the default action of that flag ?? I've noticed two strange 'events' in the Standard Events - no name as such but codes of 'E GI' and 'E SS" ?? Another small annoyance - the settings for some events I had created were changed during the upgrade. No big deal it was fixed in a sew seconds. Event Type went from Family to Individual Edit Display went from Spouse Name to Misc Data Standard went from User to CFT-Win Love the software and your and the group's postings to this list.
