Ira, I am now having a backup problem with version 229X. Prior to this I have never had a problem when leaving the program and saying yes to have it backup. I now get an error 160: Backup was unsuccessful. If I want to go and delete my old backup by hand, then go back into the program and do the backup it works just fine. I think I remember this being mentioned a couple of versions back also. Jim
