    3. Wow!!... Ever since Ver 2.00 the Backup utility (OCX) has been the same and any ZIP file created with any version since then should be able to be read by any version since then. And these ZIP files are supposed to be compatible with WinZip and PKZIP, so you could test with those programs. From some reports from users it is acting like some backups are creating BAD ZIP files that have no data. But I think that others say that their backup works fine. I shall look at this next go around again. This cleansweep stuff doesn't sound very "clean" to me. I think it would be better to use CFT-Win uninstall or simply explorer to remove CFTwin files. CFT-Win ONLY installs files into c:\cftw and c:\cftw\sample plus the 4 fonts to c:\windows\fonts. That ought to be easy enough to clean out in explorer. It just sounds like Cleansweep is missing things in the explanation you gave.
