Well, I am a bit surprised also that Ver 2.29 would run but not 2.31. If there was a problem with 2.31 Win 3.1 Version (16-bit) I would have thought I'd be getting complaints. But it has been out a while and this is the first I've heard of a problem here. I suspect most people on this list use the 32-bit version - but I do think there are still some that use Windows 3.1. Can those who do, verify that they are successfully using Ver 2.31 on Windows 3.1? I don't know what else to suggest.
