    3. Ira and All I think it is worth pointing out that I have had this advice before that if you use Norton anti virus it can create many problems when installing programs. I always disabled NAV before installing, although I have got rid of this now in favour of FPROT. The other thing I have had bad reports about is using cleansweep to install programs, surely there is no need to use this facility to monitor the install since most programs, CFT included do have an uninstall feature anyway.
