Thank you George for your helpful comments. I too have had no problems with CFTW installation, backing up files, or Lund fonts. I have found through experience the very difficulties you described when installing any new application, and I now carry out the following every time. 1. Use ctrl + alt + del to bring up the Close program dialog box. 2. Click on every program and then "End Task" (except for Systray and Explorer). 3. Run "set up" or "install", and when completed restart your computer. I was curious about your comments on Norton AntiVirus, which I use, and would appreciate a source for further information.
