BRAVO !!!!! BRAVO !!!!! for you Ira. Please don't ever succumb to the temp- tation to let a company take over your programs. We all have had experiences with "other" genealogy companies, and the problems of getting answers to questions, solving problems, etc. One of the MAJOR positive points about your products is the immediate and constant contact between you and the users. I have had many, many private emails from List subscribers who praise your technical and customer support. You certainly don't get this kind of support from ANY of the other programs. Just keep on "keeping on" as you are doing and sooner or later you will leave all the others "in the dust". BTW, on other mailing lists, I'm seeing more and more discontent with FTW from Broderbund. People are finally starting to realize that when they purchase FTW they are purchasing a second-rate program, and being seduced by the hundreds of CD-ROM GEDCOM files that Broderbund "borrows"/"procures" from various sources. The availability of these "family histories" looks good for new genealogy researchers, but they soon realize that the data is not documented and cannot be relied upon for accuracy. Keep up the good work, SgtGeorge
