Ira, I frequently send descendant list reports through email. So far, the easiest way I have found to do this is to perform a print preview of the descendant list report and select the "SaveText" to output the report to a text file. The problem is that there are leading spaces in the text file which do not allow the formatting to be preserved in an email message. Selecting the "left justify" button does not solve the problem because the formatting of the descendant chart is lost and the report is even more difficult to read. Currenty, I create the text file and try to delete the first 20 spaces or so of each line to provide a "clean" text file. Do you know of an easier way to output a "clean" text file?
