If the problem only occurs with keyboard activity under CFTW, it seems to me that one or more of the CFTW support DLL's etc, may be corrupt. Apart from uninstalling and reinstalling the software, it might be worth checking that all the support files for the OCX's are on your system. These can be downloaded from the cf-software site.
